Integrated CO₂ Capture and Monitoring System

Our advanced CO₂ capture system is engineered to extract carbon dioxide from natural gas and flue gas streams using high-efficiency absorption technology. The system features a PID-controlled oil circulator to maintain precise thermal conditions, ensuring optimal solvent performance and stability. A pressure balance control unit enhances safety and consistency during high-pressure operations.

The entire process is managed through a centralized SCADA platform, offering real-time monitoring and control of critical parameters across multiple process analytical instruments. Integrated AI-powered camera imaging enables visual diagnostics and anomaly detection, while a dedicated solvent level control system ensures stable operation under high-pressure conditions, preventing overfill and ensuring continuous performance. This modular and intelligent design supports high accuracy, automation, and safety in CO₂ capture applications for industrial and research environments.
